So considering I haven't been the BEST eater this weekend, I really can't complain about that number, almost 3 pounds is awesome for one week!
I also did my measurements right at the beginning of this weightloss journey, and I measured myself yesterday to see if there was a difference inchwise yet....and sure enough,....there WAS....
